Hackathons

Hackathons and Hack & Trains sit at the core of how we drive journalism innovation in underserved and hard-to-reach communities.
We bring together journalists, developers, community leaders, educators and activists. We also involve IT specialists we train to tackle journalism challenges. Together, they take part in focused three-day co-creation sprints where participants shape ideas with their communities.
